Are these Sun Ray problems a known issue? I see several other threads about "black screens", but no definitive answers so far. Sometimes they happen when nobody is using the thin client at all. Sometimes the "disconnects?" happen during various activities - none of which are repeatable really. Similarly, if you disconnect the DTU's session from the Sun Ray server console, it goes back to the login screen and they can continue working again. If you do CTRL+ALT+BACK+BACK to reset the session, it comes back to the login screen and you can login again and pick up where you got disconnected.
